Ornaments - Vintage Botanicals - Pickles

The Pickle ornament had special meaning to the children of the family. According to legend, the pickle was supposed to be the last ornament parents hung on the tree - and hidden from direct view.
Its green color helped to camouflage it within the tree.
The first child to find the pickle on Christmas morning was awarded a special Christmas gift!
