Given the fact that many of our ornaments are one-of-a-kind, we fill our orders
"first-come-first serve". We will hold an ornament for you for 7 days
with an e-mail order, while your payment is enroute.
We offer the following ways for you to order and pay:

Returns and Refunds:
Due to the extremely fragile nature of our merchandise, and, often one-of-a-kind
pieces, we wish to minimize the return and shipping of ornaments. We will
happily send you photographs and answer any questions by e-mail, FAX or phone.
Please use this opportunity to allow us to respond you your inquiries and
interests. Damage during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. We will
provide you with original receipts for you to collect from the carrier. In the
end, we want you as a satisfied customer, and will work with you to resolve any
problem that might arise in your transaction.
